\nThe Buyer;
\n\u2022 has information about the basic qualities of the goods for sale,

\n\u2022 all preliminary information about the goods\/services for sale,
\n\u2022 and the right of withdrawal,
\nconfirms this preliminary information electronically, and then orders the goods\/services, and accepts and declares this in accordance with the provisions of this contract.<\/p>\n
\nThis agreement becomes valid on the date it is electronically approved by the buyer.<\/p>\n
\nThe goods will be delivered to the address and\/or person requested by the buyer.
\n. -Delivery will be made as soon as possible after the stock is available and the price of the goods has been transferred to the Seller's account, to the buyer's address\/specified delivery address, by the cargo company determined by the seller
\n-If the price of the goods\/services is not paid for any reason or is canceled in the bank records, the Seller is deemed to be released from the obligation to deliver the goods\/products.
\n-If the SELLER cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions preventing transportation or interruption of transportation, they are obliged to inform the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may use one of the rights to cancel the order, replace the product subject to the contract with its equivalent if available, and\/or postpone the delivery until the obstructive situation is eliminated. If the BUYER uses the right to cancel the order, the amount paid by the BUYER will be paid to them in cash and in full within 10 days.<\/p>\n

\nIf the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the price of the goods\/product to the Seller due to the unauthorized or unlawful use of the Buyer's credit card by unauthorized persons not due to the Buyer's fault after the delivery of the goods\/product, the Buyer is obliged to compensate for the price of the goods\/product.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 delivers the goods\/product within 7 (seven) working days at the latest from the order of the goods\/products (The processing time of the orders is not the moment the order is placed, but the moment when the necessary collection is made from the credit card account or the transfer (EFT) reaches the bank accounts) and reserves the right to extend the period by an additional 3 (three) days with written notification within this period.

\n\u2022 Persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) cannot shop on the site. The Seller will assume that the buyer's age stated in the contract is correct. However, the seller will not be held responsible in any way for the buyer writing their age incorrectly.<\/p>\n
\nThe type and kind, quantity, brand, weight, essential qualities, color, and sales price including all taxes of the goods are as stated in the information on the product promotion page on the \"muenpercussion.com\" website and in the preliminary information form and in the invoice, which is an integral part of this contract.
\nThe buyer accepts and declares that they have all the information about the essential qualities and features of the product, have given their approval for the purchase, and have read and understood the content of the preliminary information form.
\nARTICLE 9- PRICE OF THE GOODS\/PRODUCT:<\/strong>
\nThe cash price of the goods\/product is shown on the internet page and is included in the invoice sent to the customer with the product at the end of the order.
\nThe name\/title on the invoice and the name\/title of the person approving the contract must be the same.
\nThe Seller is not responsible for price inaccuracies caused by system errors. Accordingly, the seller is not responsible for promotion and price errors that may arise from the system, design, or illegal interventions on the website. The buyer cannot claim rights from the seller based on system errors
\nARTICLE 10- PAYMENT PLAN:<\/strong>
\nfter the TL amount including VAT of the products added to the shopping cart is approved by the buyer, it is processed through the Paytr virtual POS.
\nShopping can be done with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or bank transfer. Orders for which a transfer is not made within three days from the order date are canceled. The processing time of orders is not the moment the order is placed, but the moment when the necessary collection is made from the credit card account or when the transfer or (EFT) is determined to have reached the bank accounts. Payment methods such as cash on delivery or postal check made without consulting customer service are not accepted.
\nFor buyers who do not want to use their credit card information on the internet, cash transfer order options are offered. The buyer can make their transfer in the case of payment by transfer.
\nARTICLE 11- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:<\/strong>

\nThe price of the goods\/product is returned to the Buyer within 10 days following the receipt of the notice regarding the right of withdrawal by the seller, provided that the Buyer's invoice showing the price of the goods\/product is also returned to the seller. If the original invoice is not sent, no refund will be made to the Buyer.
\nThe goods\/product returned due to the right of withdrawal must be sent to the seller within three days at the latest, with the delivery and cargo costs covered by the seller.
\nARTICLE 12- DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:<\/strong>
